Meet Romy, our service designer

 

Romy is the Service Designer on the team. Her goal is to create an awesome user experience for the HUGO robot for all stakeholders. Her day to day activities involve: doing interviews, researching and mapping the now, designing HUGOs customer journey map and updating the blog and instagram page.


She has a BA in Product Design from the Design Academy Eindhoven and A MFA in Business & Design. She has been working with Service Design for different clients for 5+ years.
